You will be blown away with this conversation.  This episode was originally recorded as a Facebook Live but it was too good not to sure widely.  

Sandra Graham was a palliative care nurse and tutor for forty years; a career that she adored.  Sandra is also a trained hypnotherapist, Reiki Master Teacher and Bach Flower Remedy Specialist amongst many other things.  

Sandra trained with me to become a Silent Counselling Practitioner and received her certification in April 2023.  

Since then, Sandra has gone on to work with many clients - transforming their lives in the most miraculous of ways.  

You will hear in this episode how one of her clients had reached rock bottom and was living as a recluse, not eating and feeling very suicidal.  After only four sessions of Silent Counselling the same client was living her life again and doing all the things she loved like getting dressed, putting her make-up on and going to the shops.  Sandra herself was completely blown-away especially when her client thanked her for giving her her life back. 

That's how amazing this modality is!

Iridology is the study of the structure, colour and markings on the iris to understand potential health issues. Iris analysis offers information that is simply not available through conventional laboratory tests.

Carolyn Aitken Dip, Ir.  is a member of the Complementary Medical Association, Scotland U.K.
 
Carolyn works as an Optician in Scotland and sees patients for eyesight related issues. She also works as an Iridologist in Helensburgh at The Lomond Clinic, G84 8AX, and sees clients with an appointment for iridology consultations.
 
Every month, Carolyn hosts iridology workshops at The Lomond Clinic, these are interactive and fun. The workshops are scheduled on the last Thursday and last Friday of each month mainly to bring awareness about this art and science that is Iridology.
 
Carolyn also volunteers in her community, not only organising events, etc but giving talks in schools about eyesight and bringing awareness about eye strain related issues due to more and more close up work on screens. Carolyn enjoys talking about her passion: the EYES and helping the local community by visiting an elderly group locally to help them gain some movement through eye exercises.

Oona Soleil’s passion has always been to explore the mystery of our existence. She is a global nomad, having lived in many countries and continents throughout her life.

Having avidly followed and admired Tim's work for many years, I am so grateful to him for joining me in this wonderful conversation and to share with you some fascinating insights into Atlantis and where we are on our ascension journey now as we rise together into this wonderful new earth frequency.

Tim’s aim is to take as many people as possible through the ascension process in the simplest way, whilst honouring the tests and initiations that are presented .

We continue the important theme of gut health with this week's episode.  My featured guest this week is such a beautiful soul - full of fun whilst also passing on some life-changing information. I learned so much from such a short conversation.  Hope you do too.

GAPS coach Emma Goodwin was an exhausted mum with hyper kids until she found Gut And Psychology Syndrome 15 years ago.

After trying to do it 'by the book' she vowed to make it super simple for exhausted mums with hyper kids to 'crack the food as medicine code' and over-come all sorts of chronic diseases like eczema, asthma, juvenile arthritis, ADHD, autism and more.

Since her early teens, Emily Teague has been interested in the spiritual side of life. She spent much of her late teens and early twenties travelling the world as a massage therapist, including time on board cruise ships. It was during these years that Emily realised her spiritual gifts, healing and mediumship abilities. 

​She realised that not only did she relax clients through massage, but she was using her intuition to connect with them on a deep emotional level. She would give them advice on how to love themselves and improve their lives - not always aware of where this knowledge was coming from. 

Over time, Emily studied as a Spiritual Counsellor and Holistic Life Coach at the prestigious Holistic Healing College, London. Following her mum’s footsteps, she trained as a medium.  She is also trained in Energy Healing, Soul Plan Reading, Fertility Massage, Womb Healing, Matrix Re-imprinting and EFT.

Today she is a leading therapist in providing ‘intuitive soul support’. Emily’s aim is to free her clients of the limiting beliefs that may be holding them back, so that they can start living life to their fullest potential!
