What Teachers Need To Be Successful

This is a question that I've been really thinking about and living lately. In this episode, we'll talk about the one thing that every teacher needs to be successful and no, it's not another classroom management strategy or self care strategy but a concrete solution that administrators, education advocates and school leaders need to hear.   If you're burnt out, cynical and disillusioned then this is a must listen because you'll realize that you're not the only one feeling this way. You'll walk away with some talking points that will resonate with you and know that you're not alone in trying to make a difference. If you're a school leader, you have a solution that you can begin to think about. So grab a cup of tea and feel confident that your struggles matter.
