The sufferings of mankind are real, the pain and afflictions are real.
Can I remind.... He promises to take care...... - There is one who is the Greatest, He is God who cares about us all.

He promises He would take care of us… despite our flaws.

God is saying- “give me your cares.” It doesn’t matter what it is- give Him your burden, give Him your worries; give them all to Him in prayers.

You must trust, believe, and walk righteously to get the benefit of what the word of God says.

For I the Lord thy God will hold thy right hand, saying unto thee, Fear not; I will help thee.

    Isaiah 41:13 KJV

Miracles Do Happen - Be Hopeful

Miracles Do Happen - Be Hopeful

I have learnt that, as a people, we should not be partial or be prejudice towards others. Often times than not, we do it, sometimes not intentionally but it happens. We also have to be mindful how we treat or how we accept others. What we give out to others, our rewards come right back to us, whether we believe it or not. That is the reality.

    Quotable Quotes:

Do not judge by appearances, but judge with right judgment.”

    John 7:24 ESV

For he will command his angels concerning you
to guard you in all your ways.

    Psalm 91:11 ESV

Somebody once said - listen to the message don’t look at the Messenger. Sometime lives could be spared, we could be saved from awful situations. But we pay more attention to who is delivering, and at times become bias. Only because we don’t accept the Message.

    Your Help Is Coming

    Your Help Is Coming

We should never judge a situation on appearance, because of how it or looks on the outside. We should rather judge by facts, the hard truth. With facts we cannot go wrong. When we judge by truth, there will be more understanding, more appreciation and respect for one another. More importantly, God’s peace will reign among us as people.

Some are able to journey through smiling and still maintain their God given peace- what a blessing!

Black History - Who Am I

Black History - Who Am I

Walk with your head up as a liberated person. You are free, we are free people from the bondage of whatever circumstances enslaved us. Take a look in the mirror. Spend a few minutes and see if you love what see!
    ........ be happy with you!

There are people who are prejudice because of colour, race or Beliefs. Some are being trapped by societies or people perceptions. God remains the same, He loves irrespective of who we are. Don’t allow anyone to look down on you or try to make you feel less about yourself.

    Quotable Quotes:

You are fearfully and wonderfully made’

Take time to celebrate who you are, your achievements. It may not look great but celebrate the small things.

Overcome Your Fears -Loose Yourself from Mental Slavery

Overcome Your Fears -Loose Yourself from Mental Slavery

Move from inferior mindset, let nobody tell you that you cannot achieve what you would like to do to progress in life; you have to tell yourself you can!

First, overcome your fears and emotions by replacing them with positive affirmations - I can do this, I will challenge this! It is crucial you use positive language to yourself and others.

“If you haven't confidence in self, you are twice defeated in the race of life. With confidence, you have won even before you have started.”
    Marcus Garvey

We can be torn by so many things that want to control our very existence, to enslave us, to keep us trapped from having a wonderful lifestyle.

It now becomes a battle in the mind… there’s always a battle … let me tell you- loose yourself today from mental slavery!

Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things

Despite The Waring in The Mind - There is Hope

Defeat negative whispering in your ears by not adhering to them. I implore you to rather crave positive attitudes - in the way you think/ where or how you focus your mind. Place your thinking energy, on the things that are pure, true, lovely, and most importantly Godly.

Feeding on healthy words will help you to make the right choice, whatever age group you are.

Nobody can make that choice for you, but you. You are in control of your whole being where that is concerned. So, choose carefully and make the right choice. again, choose carefully and make the right choice.

Sunshine Makes the Heart Glad - Help Is On Your Way

Be happy to be able to see and feel the glorious weather! Not every day we have this privilege. Take this opportunity to realign your mind and let it take you to all the lovely things that are happening around you. The blue skies, green trees, people laughing, babies crying, the laughter of children… it’s a blessing to behold. It is Good and positive to reflect on your journey of life, where you have been and where you are now.

Forget about the struggles and worries! Just turn it around in your mind and say- the Sun is shining! I will shine through my situation!

    Imperfect? But You Are Special

In Time -That Pain Can Be Healed

In Time -That Pain Can Be Healed

Rejoice today, again I say rejoice and be glad despite your situations! As I always say - once you have life there is hope. Keep on trusting and believing God, He will make a way when there seems to be no way.

Sometimes when all around us there seems like sinking sand, things and systems crumbling around us. Everywhere you turn there’s no good news, but we must be steadfast, being unmoveable in the faith of God to help us along in this life, or else we will suffer defeat.

You sometimes must sing and pray your way through your circumstances, your situations that seems unbearable.

    Quotable Quotes:

For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven. Ecclesiastes 3:1 ESV

a time to weep, and a time to laugh;Ecclesiastes 3:4 ESV

    a time to tear, and a time to sew;
a time to keep silence, and a time to speak; Ecclesiastes 3:7 ESV

    Life Is So Fragile

    Life Is So Fragile

Sometimes, we are rushing to do errands here and there, responding to every call! There is a time and place for everything. There’s a time to rush, a time to be busy, there is a time to respond, yes also what time to be still, to be quiet, to reflect to recharge properly. If we are always responding to everything and want to be in everything, it won’t work, just won’t work. How do we cope in this present time in the busyness of life?

With all the different things that are happening in our society, it is a time to set our priorities right.

    Quotable Quotes:
It’s not selfish to make your happiness your main priority."

Anything that costs you your mental health is too expensive."

For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven" Ecclesiastes 3:1 ESV

    Finding Strength to Carry On

    Finding Strength to Carry On

You may be going through some experiences you have never encountered in all your life before. Some may seem shocking, some surprises, some you don’t know what to make of it all, but you are still here. So, the conclusion of the whole matter is to:

Give thanks you are awake; you rise to a new day. Believe you can make it through ... As long as you don’t mind waiting on your turn of victory.

It is a good thing to give thanks everyday- because once there is life there’s hope!

Giving thanks to the Creator is a very good thing - His mercies never fail - they are new every morning!!

    Quotable Quotes

Inner Strength Cannot Be Defined, As Its Different For Each One Of Us…

“Do not judge me by my success, judge me by how many times I fell down and got back up again.” —Nelson Mandela. ...

“If you can't fly then run, if you can't run then walk, if you can't walk then crawl, but whatever you do you have to keep moving forward.” —Martin Luther King, Jr.

    Dont Give Up On Hope

    Dont Give Up On Hope

Life is hard as it is, and some situations are far worse than others, but We must try and hold somebody's hand along the way. Together we can make it!

Try to have a laugh about life matters when  you are hurting - it can be therapeutic...

Lean not on your own understanding. Trust the Almighty one who is a Deliverer.

None of us are exempt from trials, whether it be among families, friends, work, organisations etc. We can learn from the soldiers

    Quotable quotes:

Everyone should have somebody they can call and say- “I need help”! No man is an Island no man stand alone.

Everyone should have somebody they can call and say- “I need help”! No man is an Island No man stand alone.

Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths. Proverbs 3:5-6 ESV
