How Do We Handle Pain - Of Losing a Friendship

How Do We Handle Pain - Of Losing a Friendship

You have been through pain before, and it wasn’t easy I am sure - it may have hurt like hell, but you survived. You can overcome again! The pain of losing someone from a friendship can be very painful and from my point of view, it is not easy to recover - all in time you will overcome the hurt.

You may have felt secured in that relationship… you may have given your all emotionally and physically but with the other party it’s a different matter. They may not be able to give a 100% but give according to how they feel, or simple go with the flow. Nobody can give what they do not have, even when they mean well. There are people you may consider your friends, but they may not consider you as a close friend. It’s just the way things are at times; hence it causes pain when they slipped from us… before you know it, they’re gone without any notice… that can be painful and very hurtful!

You know what can be more painful? The trust you put in that relationship you had given your all. Be comforted my friend, this is all in the package of life, human nature! Sometimes we do not understand it all, but people leave a friendship relationship for different reasons. It is pointless getting angry and upsetting yourself, try working through your pain and hurt - in time you will be healed. Try not to focus on what you cannot change, but trust God to heal you.

    Press Through Your Pain

    Press Through Your Pain

Nobody I think, ask for suffering, we wouldn’t ask for it - we couldn’t, but it found itself at our doors!

We try to make our homes a safe place. We try to do the best we can, to overcome difficult situations the way we know how.

Pain, hurt can be through self-infliction. Somewhere along the way, we may have handled matters not considering the consequences. Pain can come about by - someone may tell a lie on you; your boss wants to demote you after your hard work you have put in the job? Pain can also come by natural disasters, sickness, loss of job, loss of income, breaking of a relationship, loss of a loved ones, trying to cope in the new normal, after Covid -19 ravaged the entire world and the list of pain continues.

Stay connected to positive energy,  focus on things that are pleasant, true, look after yourself the best way you can - God is in control!

Remember - you are fearfully and wonderfully made

    Be Bless

    Embrace Hope - Reject Worry

    Embrace Hope - Reject Worry

The issues of life will never end - not now anyway, so we must seek solutions; it’s part of human legacy to worry.

The thought or example that came to my mind is this - it does not mean because you’re pursuing something and it doesn’t happen immediately, or you got some unfortunate news that you’re going to drop all arms, meaning - you stop what you were trying to accomplish, your Objectives. Not because things have not gone the way you planned, means it’s the end of that journey. It may just mean a setback, or this is not the right time or better still, a test of your faith to your victory you don’t see now!

Do Not Worry About Tomorrow- Be Hopeful

Do Not Worry About Tomorrow- Be Hopeful

Be encouraged not to worry about the next day, or any situations that bothers you endlessly, tiring you out, to the point where you’re feeling so frustrated you can’t think straight…. When you feel down and out, when things seem they are going against you.
I believe at times in our mind, we want to get things out of the way, now, in order take on more tasks tomorrow.

In times like these try and focus on your purpose… ‘Why worry about tomorrow ‘ - may the words of the song be a message of hope to you!

Each of us need a little reminder of hope and consolation especially in these dark days to help us along the way, to ease the burden of worry…. and remove tension of fear.

Worry Is Not The Answer - Try A Little Faith

Worry Is Not The Answer - Try A Little Faith

Let me encourage you today - to have faith, whatever maybe your situation. maybe you had some kind of disappointment, it is not the end of your life. Try not to worry please ... put that energy of worry into ‘what else can I do’; try to focus on what you can do to make things better. This didn’t work, what else can I do? Ideas will come to you- you just need to recognise this…

Worry Is Not The Answer – Try A Little Faith

... why do we worry? The reality is - as humans, we worry all the time. Take a stand today, do not let worry control you or control your mind.

As a people we worry needlessly at times, worry makes people sick, unhappy, miserable, frustrated, sad and weak. Worry can make you feel helpless, drain your energy, make you feel worthless. Worry put you in place to make you feel unsafe- like there is no hope! Leave you with almost no strength. That’s not what you want for your life - it is certainly not good for your well-being. Worry does not give good things - it cripples the mind and body; worry destroys, it’s a killer - get rid of worry.

    Arise and Take Your Healing

    Arise and Take Your Healing

.....So often, the mortal body becomes sick and so we have to find the doctors, because they are trained professional practitioners. Much respect to them, they study about the body for many years and so we go to them for answers to fix us. The truth and the fact of the matter is - there are some things they cannot fix in its entirety, most of what they have given to us are prescribed medication and their other solutions, these are temporary. Ask me - I have been there -sometimes we end up with another complaint.

Whatever position you are in, no matter how dark or claustrophobic it seems, you have got to find your inner strength and say to yourself, “I will not remain here, I have to arise, I have got to do this for me.” Find positive people to be around, read and listen inspirational and motivational books, audios, other positive resources that will uplift you. Think positive, even when it looks grim and looks like you’re losing the fight. Stand strong, be courageous - you can do this, through God and His Holy Spirit.

Remember - You are fearfully and wonderfully made

    Be bless

Look on The Brighter Side of Life

Look on The Brighter Side of Life

    Greetings wonderful people….

Whoever you are, wherever you are – look on the brighter side of life, things will get better. You have to believe it for yourself! In this world, our trials seem so many and it seems like our feet get so weary. The mind is weary, the body is weary, the spirit is weary. -  it’s just weariness. Your circumstances and situations may seem like, before they get better, they get worse. Let me tell you this - you are not alone; you might feel that where you are right now you are having a very hard time… Let me say to you, there are others who are going through worse situations. You may not hear about it or see it -but that’s the reality.

Encouragement from me to you is - despite how you’re feeling, think on positive things. There are some things you cannot change, work on the things that are manageable……  whatever you are able to do, work on that, believing that you will overcome, it might take a while, it might seem like it’s not happening, but have hope. The most important thing is to have faith, be hopeful that you will come through exceedingly fine. Speak the Word of life in your situations, speak life even when it seems like it seems lifeless.

Do not give way to negative vibes- try hard to shun them.

I always say that God is my help, the reason why I can say that, it is because of my own experiences. I can tell you of so many testimonies of how I got over, how I’m going through my
own struggles. I have experienced some real dire and some dead situations that nobody could help me, nobody, and I mean nobody, not even the lawmakers and so I turn it over to God.He gives me the guideline what to do, and my dead situations can be resurrected to life in such a way that still marvels me.

Doing podcast and encouraging others, doesn’t mean I’m not going through my own struggles, but I put my energy into focusing on giving ‘Hope’ to somebody, doing good deeds despite the oppositions in life. We have to press through, the struggle is real my friend, we are in a battle, a war that only God can help us to get the victory.

     Let me suggest to you:
Never deal with a matter or react to anyone/anything in haste, neither give an immediate answer to what you’re unsure about. In my experience, it is best not to deal with matters in haste or if you’re anxious - you will regret it. Take time out to meditate, reflect and give your mind space to free up what’s bo

    Do The Best You Can

    Do The Best You Can

In this life we cannot please everybody; as much as we would like to, it is just not possible. My suggestion is this, let us do the best we can, as long as we can, to as many people as we possibly can. Don’t feel guilty when you know you have done your best in the interest of others whether it is for your family, relatives, friends or any other relationship….

When you do your best and others do what they can - just leave the rest to God! Mankind cannot be satisfied - we always want more. It doesn’t matter how much of yourself you have given; some folks will never have enough of you. Don’t get yourself exhausted and frustrated or you will either be running on empty. It is very important focus on your well-being.

My encouragement is- try not run on empty, look after your well-being. We cannot change the world, neither can we change people - no matter how hard we try. People will always be people irrespective of what category they fall. We are all humans, irrespective of race, culture, Faith, beliefs, height /statue. Each category has got similar problems.

God himself tried to fix mankind, to save them by sending His Son and people rejected him.  How are we going to change people? We just can’t, no matter how hard we try, we do the best we can, as much as we can, as long as we can.

These days it’s all about the pride of life, what I want to gain, (a me and I syndrome). Morals and values are thrown out of the window. The world is in turmoil- it is vanity and vexation of spirit. The deep love of money has allowed families, people, communities or nations to rise up against each other. Most people these days are not willing to do anything without money.

God bless the few people that will do things without favour or without the money; I call them ‘people of kindness and compassion’. They just care from their heart. The heart is kind, pure and true.

Money is not all my friend; money comes and goes ... it is a temporary resource; we always seek for more. let me just put in here, that - (family is here with us we can’t replace them, even when they’re imperfect, let’s face it) we all have our flaws as imperfect people. Sometimes we find ourselves into some awkward matters, unpleasant at times and questionable, but-they’re family - love them still!!

The world we live in is very chaotic and it can only be change through Devine intervention. My

"There is HOPE in the midst of adversities- Never give up"

"There is HOPE in the midst of adversities- Never give up"

There is no substitute for hard work. Never give up. Never stop believing. Never stop fighting.

In life, we experience failures. We make errors in calculation and judgment and get the rug pulled off our feet as a consequence. Most of us never get up to try again.

Being resilient means having the courage to bounce back and take risks despite adversity and initial setbacks.

Take up Your Cross - Your are VICTOR not a Victim

Take up Your Cross - Your are VICTOR not a Victim

In this episode, you are reminded that life sometimes has it's ups and downs and can cause  uncertainties, depending on your situation. I am using this opportunity, to encourage you to hold on and never let go, in other words no - matter how bad it looks, there is still hope; your time will come to smile again.
I make no apologies to share my own experiences to help others to overcome. Life throws some harsh things at us at times and if I can help somebody along the way, with God's help - it would be worth it all.

When situations seems shaky and you do not know what else to do - remember you are a VICTOR, not a victim! Step out in faith believing God to work for you.
I cannot keep Him to myself. Somethings I would like to keep to myself, but this one- I have to let it out - it is part of my healing.

    Be bless

Listen to Somebody Today- You Just Never Know

Listen to Somebody Today- You Just Never Know

Please do take some time - to listen to some body. You never know who you may be helping.  Life is very busy, can be demanding but somebody needs your undivided attention - just listen. Make the sacrifice, take some time. This is a season that requires that listening ear...

On the 30 October 2021, I was so moved and touched by  a rare type of kindness; this one is unique - it may not be for you but  it is for me. This kindness is the ability to listen, to show  somebody you really care. A dear friend reminded me how  these little things we ignore can be so so important  and does make a difference.  Life sometimes has it's ups and downs and can cause  uncertainties, depending on your situation.

Here is a tip - be honest to yourself about how you are feeling, do not refuse help!
Be encouraged as you  go through the process; sometimes it can be unbearable, but there is a God who can heal every situation ...  Only believe and trust Him,  irrespective of your Faith or Beliefs. He has been my Helper to all my problems.

    Be bless

    Encouragement to be Kind

    Encouragement to be Kind

This episode was done sometime ago but I didn't have the courage to post.
(On 15 October 2021, Sir David Amess, a British Conservative Party politician and Member of Parliament (MP) for Southend West, died after being stabbed) . So many have passed on before him and after him  because of these senseless act of violence; too much of this kind of sadness is in our society today - but it doesn't have to be this way.

We are living in a season where some adults and young people have lost the will to positive reasoning. Our society lacks the care for each other and good values. I remember the days where people were unselfish, people looking out for each other, neighbors were like family .

Despite the sad news around you, do not allow it to distract you from doing human kindness. We all need each other one way or the other. I personally can testify that there are still kind people who cares and can  empathise with your situations. I am a beneficiary of that kind of love. Without these people and the help of God, I would not be around.
Whatever goodness is in our power to do, let us do it!

    Be Bless

    Introduction - Hope is Possible

    Introduction - Hope is Possible

This episode is about sharing, may you find - Peace, Hope and Love!

I purposed myself in finding my way through the darkness, the shadows; to find hope, consolation and light in obscurity… You can find some comfort as you go through your own situations. The Trumpet Sounds -Hope to Victory is here -telling you, you’re not alone! There’s one bigger than all our problems, bigger than all our fears. There is a God that understands and helps in every situation, He has been helping me to be an overcomer of life’s challenges.

It can be quite cumbersome pushing through the noise of life. I encourage those of you who are going through your own grief and pain in whatever form, it does not necessarily mean bereavement. Please look after your wellbeing, have time for yourself, push yourself to relax, go for a walk or just do something for you. Be human (cry if you may, shout, say how your feeling) talking it through with someone you trust, somebody who will listen to you can be helpful.

Sometimes people think it’s not cool to grieve, or even cry, let me tell you- that’s a myth. Crying eases, tension, releases the stress. When you’re done… you’ll feel so much better!!

Through these inspirational messages we pray you will find solace, comfort, peace and HOPE in this volatile world.

    Be Bless
