One of the hardest parts of social media and marketing is showing up for your audience when life is not going well behind the scenes.

You feel fake, you feel uninspired, you feel ridiculous.

I have found three types of content that help me connect with my audience and slowly get back in the groove of posting. They're simple..because if they weren't you wouldn't do them and they woulnd't work.
