Shelley Winner is a formerly incarcerated Restorative Justice Activist who advocates for justice by educating the public on the benefits of people with criminal records. 76% of people released from prison will re-offend and return to prison; this is known as recidivism. Shelley is working to turn the tide on this statistic.
