    Wellness, Community, Magic

In 2017 Ashley Brooke James (a black woman) and Elizabeth Moore (a white woman) met during their yoga teacher training. The following year they joined forces to create their company: TRILUNA. In the Wellness, Community, Magic podcast they settle in, get cozy, and talk hard truths about the wellness world with the many friends they have met and made along the way. They have a pro donut, anti-racist, Glenda-the-good-witch agenda, and they are here to take on diet culture, racism, and elitism by making self-care realistic, inclusive, and a little bit magical. Join them on their journey to build community and redefine wellness. Let’s get started. Photo by Mary Craven for The Scout Guide
