    Soddy of TWO ASSISTANT DEPUTY MINISTERS

    T.A.D.M. holds a place as some of the most abrasive harsh noise of all time. Originally from Canada, he moved to Japan in the late 90's and became a very active member of the Tokyo noise underground, organizing gigs and working closely with Japan's greatest artists. He is also infamous for his shit-tastic album reviews, posted across noise forums as Bloated Slutbag. Soddy is one of the most extreme noise fanatics on the planet, and has the gift of gab when it comes to spreading that love.
