Nicola got tyred celebrating Woodhouse Moor parkrun's 15th anniversary whilst Danny was all cheery at Sutton Park parkrun.
Leicht und dicht! It's a German Unity Day special on the profiles as well as some fab emails, things and job chat. Nicola stayed local to home at Cross Flatts whilst Danny was fortunate enough to be in Cologne for both Rheinpark and Aachener Weiher parkrun.

Drew is back again this week, joining a croaky post-ultra Nicola for this weeks pod. There’s much to discuss following recent events, not in the least, their thoughts on the soon to be released second edition of the parkrun magazine.
