    Todd McCullough is no novice to physical work. As an athlete and starting linebacker at the University of Florida, he lived strong, fit and motivated — but it took leaving the corporate world of finance and recognizing how much his body was hurting from his previous athletic life to dig deep into his faith and passion. A move to Santa Monica, California and one request from his hairdresser in Beverly Hills, he launched TMAC Fitness in 2009. Today, Todd and his team have reached more than 30,000 individuals with his 20-minutes-a-day virtual fitness membership platform. 

    In our conversation, he generously and transparently shares his business, growth, consistency and how he’s built a model that works. He’s learned from every step along the way and says none of it has been wasted. He uses his past knowledge of finance and his ongoing passion for fitness to expand TMAC Fitness into something accessible and approachable for anyone. He doesn’t ask people to change their life. He asks people to move and make life about others. 

    His attitude for life is infectious. His joy in serving others is apparent in every workout. His virtual platform is impeccably designed, easy to use from anywhere and affordable.
