This week, I had the priviledge of being interviewed by The 700 Club on The Christian Broadcasting Network. I spoke about how your child can fall into the struggles of rebellion and addiction, why it seems like children are becoming rebellious at a younger and younger age, and how creating a proper battle plan can help win back your prodigal.

I explain how to partner parents with God. You can safely hand over control of your children to God. Realizing that our children are God's creation and they belong to Him, we can release them into God’s care. By giving God full ownership of our prodigals and continuing in a partnership as parents, we are putting our assured victory directly in God’s hands.

In this episode the Drunk Ex-Pastors interview pastor-author Jay Bakker, “Christian agnostic” and son of Jim and Tammy Faye. We begin with a disavowal of anything we say since we do absolutely no research before weighing in on a topic, after which (to Christian’s annoyance) Jay and Jason talk about skateboarding for way too long. Jay relays his first and only experience with our former church, Calvary Chapel of Costa Mesa, which reduced him to tears (not the good kind).
