    Vandaag ga ik dieper in op hoe je een gebrek aan zelfvertrouwen kunt overwinnen

    Het is heel gemakkelijk om nog maar niet te starten met het bewandelen van de route naar het grote doel omdat je je er nog niet klaar voor voelt. Wanneer je niet start is een ding heel zeker, je zult je doel niet bereiken. Wachten totdat je er klaar voor bent is vaak de reden om maar nooit te starten omdat er altijd iets is waardoor je je er niet klaar voor voelt. De enige manier om hier mee om te gaan is door gewoon te starten ook al voel je je er nog niet klaar voor. Door de actie die je onderneemt zul je leren dealen met het gevoel en juist het zelfvertrouwen ontwikkelen om door te gaan. Laat jouw droomleven niet afhangen van het zelfvertrouwen gat!
