Mr. Vincent Mohau Motholo is the Chief Financial Officer of the University of Cape Town (UCT) and is the Chairman of the South Afrcian Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA).
In this session, Mr. Vincent talks to Chad about his role at SAICA, and emphasizes that technology has readily availed digital data to help us in decision making, understanding behaviour, understanding where trends are going, and anticipate what the future may look like. He also talks about his 5 personal values for leadership.
