You hear and read affirmations all over the place

You have probably had something like these suggested to you when you were down as a way out

I'm Happy, I'm Happy, I'm Happy, I'm Happy, I'm Happy, I'm Happy, etc., etc.

Every day, in every way, I'm getting better

And in those times these words did absolutely NOTHING!!!!!

And there's a reason they did nothing and if you press play you will learn why.
