"Business Tycoon Cyrus Mistry’s death in a car accident near Palghar has shocked everyone. He was returning from Gujarat when his Mercedes hit the divider on a bridge over a river in Palghar near Mumbai. According to doctors, Cyrus mistry and one more person travelling with him were already dead when they were brought to hospital. Two others are badly injured and receiving treatment at the hospital. The initial police investigation pointed towards speeding and non-compliance of road safety protocols as the reason that led to the death of Cyrus Mistry. For Example, Cyrus Mistry who was seated at rear of the car wasn’t wearing seatbelt. Secondly, the police said that the car was speeding before it hit the divider. We spoke about this in our previous video. However, a latest forensic report has blamed the road design and said that this design was responsible for the accident in the first place. Let us discuss this report in today’s video. The mercedez team has also issued its report on the matter.

"Former Tata Sons chairman Cyrus Mistry was killed in a road accident yesterday. Mistry along with three others was returning from Gujarat when his Mercedes hit the divider on a bridge over a river in Palghar near Mumbai. According to doctors, Cyrus mistry and one more person travelling with him were already dead when they were brought to hospital. Two others are badly injured and receiving treatment at the hospital. The police were initially probing whether there is any foul play in the accident. However, the foul play angle has taken a backseat after the initial probe. Turns out, Cyrus Mistry and fellow travellers had followed basic road safety protocols, they have been saved today. How did the accident take place?
