AL East Preview - The Bettor's Box MLB Betting Podcast March 5, 2021
Host Adam Burke flew solo today for a new edition of The Bettor’s Box, our MLB betting podcast. Adam is hoping to do six of these in preparation for the season with the popular Five-and-Fly segment to spend five minutes on each of the five teams in a division. He started that today with the AL East. First things first, Adam updated a few injury situations around Major League Baseball, including a couple that have affected teams that Adam took season win total overs on already.

The Five-and-Fly segment features helpful analysis and information on five teams and today’s teams were those in the AL East. Adam talked about an optimistic outlook for the Orioles, a pessimistic position for the Red Sox, sung the praises of the Yankees and Rays, and also took a fair and balanced look at the Blue Jays as we look ahead to Opening Day on April 1.

AL East Betting Tips - The Bettor’s Box MLB Betting Podcast February 20, 2020
On the Thursday February 20 edition of BangTheBook Radio, host Adam Burke opened up the show with a new edition of The Bettor’s Box, his MLB betting podcast. On a day when Adam started posting his MLB season win total picks and previews, he spent the majority of the segment talking about the AL East and spent a few minutes on some Spring Training injury notes at the end.

In a new segment called “Five and Fly”, Adam spent about five minutes on each team in the AL so he could break down the Baltimore Orioles, Boston Red Sox, New York Yankees, Tampa Bay Rays, and Toronto Blue Jays, including his favorite season win total picks of the bunch. He’ll do that on every segment going forward until all six divisions have been covered.
