This week we chatted to Stu Bithell. Silver 2012 Olympics 470, Gold 2020(1) Olympics 49er, wing trimmer German SailGP team. Had a ball. Great guy, great chat. Stu was all class, even when we completely stuffed his SailGP skippers name up and started rabbiting on about the Swiss skipper, Stu subtly corrected us but we were too engrossed in what we were saying to catch on. Plus plenty of other laughs. You will enjoy it.

We have decided to start focussing on some sailing classes and learn more about them. This week we talk to Geoff Carne and Craig Phillips about the International Canoe, the oldest sailing dinghy class in the World. Geoff Carne is the current Australian Champ and Craig has been involved with 8 America’s Cup teams over 27 years.

We chat to Jon Bilger, Olympic sailor, weather forecaster for Alinghi throughout the Americas Cup and founder of PredictWind. This conversation went everywhere. We chat to Helena Scutt. 2016 Olympian in the 49erFX for the US and now Mechatronics Engineer designing the onboard human interfaces at American Magic. She is also sailing for the New York Yacht Club American Magic Women’s America's Cup Team. She was the top placed female at the recent Moth Worlds and in March, she was awarded the 2022 Foiling Awards Female Sailor of the Year.
