    Ep 76: Booze and Jacuzz

    Ep 76: Booze and Jacuzz

Once you pop, the fun don’t stop. Force Toast and Pringles have that in common.

In Episode 76, hosts Alyce and Laura have a lot of good money making ideas for Star Wars but no important Disney people want to listen to this… which is their loss and your gain, dear listener!

    • Someone please hit the button that ends winter. That’s enough. We have had enough.
    • You know that old saying, when you run out of Busch Light, drink Diet Coke? No? Bueller? Bueller?
    • BAE WATCH IS ON. EW has the scoop on how and why Lucasfilm decided to bring back Vader and just how Canadian Deborah Chow really is.
    • There are still some tickets left for Star Wars Celebration if you’d like to re-live our 2019 drunken hotel party with us. Or like if you want to see celebrities at the convention or whatever.
    • Forever Old Christopher Lloyd has joined the cast of The Mandalorian in the role of Baby Yoda. You heard it here first. This is a Force Toast Exclusive. We stan Uncle Fester.
    • There is literally only one component of the bullet point above that is true.
    • Bad Batch Booted to 2023? << That’s what we would use as the headline if we wrote this article. Alliteration is FUN, okay? But as far as the question, we’re guessing no.
    • Establishing, once again, that we have good ideas and Disney could just hire us to do all the Star Wars marketing.
    • Everyone go shame Alyce for being behind on her reading
    • This Shadow of the Sith excerpt is money. Read it.
    • A few more non-spoilery thoughts on Star Wars: Queen’s Hope
    • Your lightsaber trivia is nonsense
    • Now everyone clap for Alyce because she got a new job! Yay, Alyce!
    • Pop

TFG Bonus Ep. 95: Full Interview with Star Wars The Mandalorian & The Book of Boba Fett Actor and Suit Performer Chris Bartlett Talks Performing in Both shows and Stepping into the Iconic Role of C-3PO

In episode 95 of The Force Geeks: A Star Wars Podcast, Nate and Matt Togami (who runs the Geeks' Instagram and Facebook pages) welcome their guest, actor and suit performer Chris Bartlett, on to the show. Bartlett took his love of creating his own fan-inspired Star Wars costumes to actually working on the sets of Star Wars and has even donned his own C-3PO suit to perform as the iconic droid made famous by Anthony Daniels opposite the legend himself. Bartlett has performed the role of C-3PO (including the voice) in various occasions on television, including in appearances at the Oscars and on Late Night with David Letterman.

Stepping in for Daniels has even taken him to the White House when the Obamas welcomed Bartlett as C-3PO along with Chewbacca. You have seen his work in both seasons of The Mandalorian and in The Book of Boba Fett as well. It’s such a pleasure to welcome Chris Bartlett to the Force Geeks Podcast. He shares how his journey took him from a cosplayer, which he playfully admits wasn't a word when he started doing it, to actually working with Lucasfilm in Star Wars projects. He also discusses his time on the sets of The Mandalorian and The Book of Boba Fett. Check out his full, uncut interview here.

TFG Ep. 94: The Book of Boba Fett Spoiler Special - Chapter 4: The Gathering Storm, Interview with Actor Chris Bartlett from The Book of Boba Fett and The Manadalorian, and is that New Knights of Ren TV Series Trailer a Fake?

In episode 94 of The Force Geeks: A Star Wars Podcast, Nate, Jake, Chris, and Matt welcome their first guest, actor and suit performer Chris Bartlett from The Book of Boba Fett and The Mandalorian, on  the show and also break down the fourth chapter of The Book of Boba Fett -- titled The Gathering Storm. The Geeks examine all the spoilers and Easter eggs for this episode of the show, including the closure of the prologue story, and why this version of Boba is so different from what we knew of him from the Original Trilogy. The Geeks also dive into what the show is setting up for a run-in between Boba and the Pykes, and that huge clue that the Mandalorian himself, Din Djarin, is coming.

The Geeks also welcomed Chris Bartlett on to the show for a shortened interview with him, which appears at 51:35 into the show. He discussed how he went form being a fan who made his own custom Star Wars costumes, to taking on the role of C-3PO in place of Anthony Daniels on occasion, as well as learning to be C-3PO from Daniels, himself. Bartlett also shared what it's like to work with Jon Favreau, Dave Filoni, Robert Rodriguez, as well as all the directors from both seasons of The Mandalorian.  Bartlett discussed working with Deborah Chow on The Mandalorian, who is also working on the upcoming Obi-Wan Kenobi series that she is helming. No spoilers here for that series, but he talked about the qualities that she is likely bringing to the new highly anticipated series. He was a fantastic guest and a true Star Wars fan who is living the dream. He knows it and takes it very seriously, but has a great time sharing his passions with the Geeks! Check it all out in this episode of The Force Geeks!
