    10. Special Episode: Taming the Dragons of Fear
“Our deepest fears are like dragons guarding our deepest treasure.”  —Rainer Maria Rilka

Sometimes what keeps us from the change we want to see in our life are the dragons of our deepest fears.

In this special episode of “A Change Mindset,” we reflect on what we’ve learned about change from our guests so far.

We explore how our guests tamed their dragons of fear and discover that three themes — purpose, self-trust and patience — can help us push through fear and face change head on.

We can all CHOOSE happiness--but yes, it's hard work!

We can all CHOOSE happiness--but yes, it's hard work!

Cohosts teZa and Carter Lord discuss how every single person has the free will to choose whether to be in the state of love, and BE happy, or conversely, to choose to be in the state of fear (which includes anxiety, anger, confusion, etc.). Everyone has free will. So even if you're imprisoned and your body is in duress, you can still choose to be happy, and exercise your birthright to see the Light of Love all around, and not the darkness of fear. Practical ways to do this are offered. True, it's hard work to be happy, but the rewards of being more aware of our choices is so great.
