It's time for a new episode of The Arrow in the Head Show, and in this one, the show's hosts John "The Arrow" Fallon, Lance, and Tyler, are looking back at the first Halloween movie to ignore previous sequels after part two. It was also the first to bring back Jamie Lee Curtis. Halloween: H20, how does it hold up now that the Gordon Green trilogy has ended? Let's find out.

SERIES SYNOPSIS: After many years behind the scenes, we've decided to take our sarcastic, booze-influenced style into the video age with The Arrow In The Head Show! Hosted by John Fallon, aka The Arrow and Lance, we will dig into not only the newest horror flicks hitting the big and small screens but also delve into the good, bad, and ugly of horror from the golden ages of the '80s through the underrated 90s and maybe a bit beyond. 

Today we drink and discuss the gorgeous and shocking cinematic fairy tale that is Dario Argento's 1977's Suspiria and Luca Guadagnino's 2018 remake of the same name. Later on director / actor Joe Cornet joins us to discuss his upcoming Giallo-inspired film, Night of the Caregiver and his sexy thriller Kaleidoscope. 

Today we cover one of the best Italian horror flicks out there. Viewed as a sort of party movie, where you can enjoy the "festivities" in a group setting and have a great time watching, today on the Arrow In The Head Show, we tackle the 1985 classic, Demons!

With John making his rounds at the American Film Market, Tyler joins the conversation and talks with us to discuss his favorite killer, Ghostface, and the newest entry into the Scream series, Scream 2022!

The 1992 ALIEN 3 is the ideal example of a Studio clusterf*ck. The development/pre-production process of that picture was a fiasco of epic proportions with way too many cooks in the kitchen. A slew  of writers had a shot at it, namely: William Gibson, Eric Red, David Twohy and John Fasano.    And before David FIncher took the helm, Vincent Ward and Renny Harlin were at some point slated to direct. After the success of The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, The Amityville Horror, and Friday the 13th remakes, Platinum Dunes aimed for its biggest horror franchise yet, A Nightmare on Elm Street. After its release, there was such an intense backlash that Platinum Dunes stopped doing horror remakes altogether. Today on The Arrow In The Head Show, we tackle the red-headed stepchild of the Elm Street franchise and give our thoughts with special guest and horror writer Jessica Dwyer. On the previous episode of The Arrow in the Head Show, we took a look back at New Line Cinema's 1991 attempt to end the Nightmare on Elm Street series, Freddy's Dead: The Final Nightmare. New Line quickly re-thought their decision to do away with Freddy and contacted Elm Street creator Wes Craven to ask if he had any ideas on how to continue the franchise. The result was the 1994 film Wes Craven's New Nightmare, and The Arrow and Lance are discussing that one in the new episode of The Arrow in the Head Show!

Back in 1991, New Line Cinema decided that the Nightmare on Elm Street franchise had run its course. So they tried to kill it off with Freddy's Dead: The Final Nightmare directed by Rachel Talalay. More than thirty years later, John and Lance have decided to revisit Freddy's Dead for the latest episode of The Arrow in the Head Show!
