    Let’s get started:
Passion and People are the way to get a job. Show up passionately! Be discerning in your efforts. And go for it with everything you have.
You and I both know how frustrating it is to apply for a job and then hear crickets. You spend hours, months, or even years trying to find the perfect job for you. Then suddenly there it is posted! You are beyond excited, you polish your resume, and hit the apply button.
Then you pray. Right, that is the only thing left to do?
Not exactly! Today I will cover the tips and tricks to get you past the gatekeeper and get you noticed, so you can get that job you have always dreamed of.

We will cover why doing this is so important, and the steps that you can take to get yourself noticed.

Biggest Take-Aways You Don’t Want To Miss:
(02:10) The question I get is I keep applying for great jobs. They're jobs that I'd be absolutely perfect for, and I'm hearing crickets in response. I know I'm remarkably better than the other candidates and I'm still not hearing anything in return.
(04:26) The good news is there are ways to raise your rates of job hunting success up to 39%.
(09:10) Be the type of person that people want to refer.
(10:04) What to do if you don't have the referral and really want the role.
(15:39) If you are in the job-hunting mode, it is probably worth paying for LinkedIn premium. It does give you additional information.
(18:30) If you don't love the job, you don't think it's an amazing space for you to be. Stop, quit applying to 4,000 jobs and hoping something sticks.
