    In this episode, I talk about how to maintain self-discipline while pursuing goals.

    Many of us set goals but then have a hard time sticking to the things we know we need to do. Having a list in site can help, as well as having accountability partners.

    Also try to create physical barriers to bad habits. For example, say you want to stop snacking late at night. You could put a lock on your pantry to physically keep yourself out (extreme but still effective).
