    The Power of Emotional Intimacy

    The Power of Emotional Intimacy

"And when we allow ourselves to move through the dark and alchemize it, it always turns light." - Jessica Marie

Society has often dismissed emotions as weak. However, emotions are essential to being human and can connect us to our true power.

Join Alara Sage and Jessica Marie on the topic of emotional intimacy. Jessica shares her journey of helping others remove ingrained beliefs and patterns that hold them back, allowing them to create a life aligned with their heart's desires.

In this episode, you will learn:

    • Emotional intimacy is about creating a connection within ourselves and embracing all parts of us, including the ones that may seem dark or untalked about.
    • Society has conditioned us to suppress our emotions and view them as weak, but embracing our emotions is essential for personal growth and empowerment.
    • Emotional intimacy evolves as we deepen our self-awareness and healing journey, allowing us to connect with all parts of ourselves and create wholeness.
    • Ignoring or denying our emotions and unresolved trauma can lead to toxic patterns and hinder our ability to create the life we desire.

Parenting Unmasked: Breaking Free from the Chains of Fear

Parenting Unmasked: Breaking Free from the Chains of Fear

In Episode 47, I give you an inside glimpse of the content for Day 1 of our recent workshop on The Four Principles for Fighting Fear, specifically in the context of parenting teenagers. As a parent, I understand how fear can sometimes hinder our ability to parent our teens effectively. That's why I want to share a personal "cheat code" for managing fear and becoming a more confident parent.

You see, parental fear is often rooted in love. We want the best for our teenagers, and we worry about their well-being. But sometimes, this fear can hold us back from making the right decisions or giving our teens the freedom they need to grow.

Learn to identify and understand your own fear triggers - the situations or thoughts that make you feel the most fearful as a parent. By recognizing these triggers, we can start to address them head-on.

Join me as we explore ways to fight fear and become more effective parents to our teenagers. Together, we can create a nurturing and supportive environment while giving us the peace of mind we deserve.

    53. Why Resisting Change Is Ruining Your Relationship

    53. Why Resisting Change Is Ruining Your Relationship

Resisting change is ruining your relationship!

This is something that I can speak from personal experience about because it's something that I've been doing a lot throughout my life. I've resisted a lot of changes out of fear.

This is something we all do at times because there are things that we have to do in life that are uncomfortable and we don't want to do them. So instead of just facing up to the facts, I've avoided the change, I've made other people wrong, I've blamed Aston or the world, the government, the children or made up a number of excuses as to why I couldn't do what i needed to do.

This made my life a lot harder than what it needed to be and most importantly it hurt my gorgeous wife and caused some really big issues in our relationship.

Life is meant to be about constant change and growth.

    60. Behind The Scenes Of Starting My Podcast

Just the other day I was talking with someone who wants to start a blog and she was asking me how I did it and how I started this podcast. She felt it was impossible for her while she admires me for doing what I was doing.

What I told her is that she might have to take baby steps and also do it her way. Anyone can do it, as long as they move forward, no matter how slow.

So I decided to tell you about my struggles of how this podcast came about,  You might not have the same limiting beliefs as I had, and have, you might not want to start a podcast, but maybe a blog, or a youtube channel or someting completely different and it's  something scary, or something that seems scary to you.

I am hoping you get inspired to tackle your limiting beliefs when listening to my struggle, and you too start to stretch yourself out of your comfort zone and start moving towards what you want to do.

And here is the thing, if you struggle with clutter in your home, office, files and finances, contact me, I can help, that's my superpower. You can book a complimentary 20-minute call here, or if you are very scared you can always start very low key with some simple accountability.
