My name is Micky and I’m not a barista. I am, however, excited to introduce the I’M NOT A BARISTA podcast that will shine a spotlight on the role of baristas worldwide who work tirelessly to brew the delicious coffee that powers people every day.

I’M NOT A BARISTA is a not-for-profit organization that celebrates the coffee community. Everything we do is to empower baristas who are incredibly passionate about what they do. They connect us to the complex value chain behind every cup of coffee and they deserve a platform where their work, skills, and knowledge are recognized.

This podcast is an extension of the coffee stories we’ve been sharing since we launched in 2019. Every week,  we’ll release a new episode that features inspiring stories, career advice, brewing tips, and more from some of the incredible people who are passionate about good coffee and want to share what they know with listeners like you.
