We chat to Helena Scutt. 2016 Olympian in the 49erFX for the US and now Mechatronics Engineer designing the onboard human interfaces at American Magic. She is also sailing for the New York Yacht Club American Magic Women’s America's Cup Team. She was the top placed female at the recent Moth Worlds and in March, she was awarded the 2022 Foiling Awards Female Sailor of the Year.

A fantastic chat to Vilma Bobeck Swedish 49er FX sailor. Sailing with Rebecca Netzler, they just dominated the fleet at the World Sailing Games winning the regatta by nearly 40 points. We first spoke to Josie 2 years ago. A few weeks ago she was the Navigator on Flying Jenny - the Cape 31 that won that division at Cowes week. Our boy was 2/3rds around Australia trying to break the record for the fastest solo, unassisted lap of Oz, whilst being the youngest to sail around Oz and in the smallest boat. We chat to Liz Wardley. Liz is a longtime friend and has rolled the dice more than anyone we know. Moved countries to race Hobie Cats, got second at the Worlds. Built her own Mini and raced the Figaro many times. Hitchhiked the length of Europe to get a chance to do the Ocean Race, and has now done it 3 times.
