Kelsey Wells is a world renowned trainer for SWEAT. She is beautiful, smart, and driven, but above all that…EMPOWERING.

In this episode Kelsey so vulnerably opens up and gives us her story. She takes us back to when she was a young, new mother who was struggling with anxiety, and all the new pressures that motherhood naturally brings.

She gives us a play by play on how she motivated and empowered herself to change for the better mentally, physically, and emotionally.

We get to hear the story of how she became a SWEAT Trainer and ultimately got over her own fears and nerves about being seen and heard by millions.

This episode is incredibly motivating, moving, and encouraging….it’s like that talk we all need have with ourselves over and over again until it really starts to sink in.

She says it like it is; exercise isn’t just about aesthetics.

It’s so much more than that!

Or train with her yourself on the SWEAT App. Her programs are: PWR, PWR at home, or PWR Post Pregnancy
