    IN THIS EPISODE
When we choose to notice the good in the midst of struggle, we are essentially holding two experiences in our awareness at the same time. Just as we can hold two objects in our hands at the same time and notice their qualities, we can simultaneously hold and feel two or more emotions. Finding the good isn’t about being positive and hoping for the best, it’s about seeing the actual goodness that surrounds us. There will always be joy, and there will always be sorrow. What we do with each is what makes the difference. Listen to this beautiful story and find out how the intelligent painter got rewarded because of his positive outlook.

    Jay Agudo:
As a father of 2 boys, now 32 and 29, and a husband with a marriage of 35 years, Jay Agudo has lived an eventful life. Family man, inventor, motivational speaker, life coach, influencer, these are just a few words that describe Jay and his accomplishments. Always doing his best no matter the situation, he is constantly trying to think of new things that can help others. Recently developing a system called, "Mynifest," it is his feeling that this can be the boost that people need to understand how to achieve their goals and desires without any confusion.

"Mynifest." a platform that would give people the opportunity to learn how to turn their desires into reality. He realized most people found it difficult to manifest their goals/desires, so based on his lifetime experience of knowing how to achieve things and bring them into existence, he went to work. He created the Mynifest Cards. A card deck that contains cards with key words that brings the individuals attention to a new point-of-view. This point-of-view allows the individual to see how to manifest whatever goal the person has at the time. Think of it like a playbook that a coach holds on the field which gives the players on the field the understanding of the best possible path to take to get a touchdown. The Mynifest cards are just that! A playbook for life that gives people a clear understanding and a fresh approach for achieving goals and desires. Now there is a 4-week course which coaches people via a focalized approach on how to live their lives according to actually achieving their goals and desires. 20 minute Card Readings are also available. https://mynifest.com

S1EP61 You Don't Have To Be "On" All The Time

S1EP61 You Don't Have To Be "On" All The Time

Today I am sharing about my struggles as a recovering people-pleaser.

As a people-pleaser, I felt like I had to always be "on" - always trying to present myself as perfectly put together - and that was extremely draining... worse, I wasn't really "me". I was what other people wanted me to be.

There's nothing wrong with wanting to be positive and meeting life head-on - but if you are forcing it - it's time to tell someone how you really feel.

When you are honest with yourself and realize that you don't have to be "on" all the time, you can give yourself time to reflect and grow.

    Episode #10: "Me Too"

    Episode #10: "Me Too"

"I don't think anyone would understand... I can't talk to anyone about this" are some things you may think or say to yourself especially if you have encountered sexual assault/harassment.
This episode at DT Talks has us with our friend and guest over to talk about this issue and also about the Me Too movement. Truly there are more people going through this than you realize so we invite you to listen in on an important and sensitive topic.

Even if you have not experienced this for yourself, you can still support others just as we at DT Talks are here to help you. You are definitely not alone.
