She welcomes Todd White, Founder of Dry Farm Wines, the largest natural wine merchant in the world that focuses on supporting regenerative farming, biodiversity, hand harvesting and the absence of industrial additives. Todd talks about his love of biohacking and how it led him to create a wine that is lower in alcohol, sugar, free of toxic additives, and low sulfites. In this episode, Todd shares some dirty hidden secrets about the wine industry, like the lack of transparency, and why natural wines are so hard to find.
