He began his Boise State career in 2012, but for Shane Williams-Rhodes, his athletic journey began way before that. Shane started competing in track and other sports from a very young age. Always working on his speed and power and it helped him as he made his way to the next level of football.
Shane and I discuss his career at Boise State. We will chat about some of his favorite memories as well as some of the ups and downs. He had the opportunity of playing under Coach Chris Petersen as well as Coach Bryan Harsin and there were different coaching styles between the two of them. Shane talks about some of the training sessions he went through and how it helped the Boise State program become mentally strong for the different situations they'd experience throughout the season and we get to hear some awesome stories!
Now, Shane is helping coach high school football as well as giving back as a specialist coach, helping Wide Receivers all throughout Idaho.
