Nesta edição, João Kepler conversa com Diego de la Rua, presidente do grupo Superbase. Atuando na área de gestão operacional e de manutenção da empresa há mais de 12 anos, possui vários cursos extracurriculares na área de concreto usinado e administração de empresas.

Possui também uma associação de karatê sem fins lucrativos para o incentivo do esporte em sua cidade (Associação Kiôdai de Karatê). Graduado em Engenharia Civil e investidor no Bossanova.

Fernanda Santos é formada em Jornalismo e atua há mais de 10 anos na área. Começou a carreira no jornalismo de entretenimento com passagem pela Rádio Metropolitana e TV Record/Portal R7, onde trabalhou diretamente com Marcos Mion. Em 2013 fez a cobertura da DemoBrasil, um dos primeiros eventos de Pitch do país, onde se conectou com o ecossistema de inovação. Em 2015 entrou no Startupi, principal portal de notícias focado em startups do Brasil. Como jornalista, virou editora-chefe e sócia do portal, que foi vendido para Bossanova em 2022. Fernanda atua hoje como head de Jornalismo do portal e em 2022 recebeu o prêmio "Profissional de Imprensa do Ano", no Startup Awards, maior premiação do ecossistema de startups do Brasil.
