This week on The Rooted in Love Show (the last 4 part series of season 1), we talk with Kevie Dixon, Basketball Consultant and Executive Director at the Boys & Girls Club of Metro Atlanta. We discuss his time playing pro basketball in portugal and other places overseas. He tells us about volunteering at a boys and girls club in Dallas, GA. He grows an attachment to the kids and their need for growth and development. At some point he answers a calling to retire from basketball, choosing to stay and support the kids instead. His is a story of faith and perserverance.

These are not always easy and the pathways are filled with roadblocks and obstacles. Those around us only see where we are now and can easily assume that our journeys were easy. Kevie gives us the details of his journey and its a humbling story to say the least.
