    Episode 87 | Halloween: Resurrection (2002)

🏚 Happy Halloween!!! To celebrate, we are covering everyone's favorite entry in the franchise... Halloween Resurrection. Unless for some reason you love this movie unironically, we promise you that you'll have a hoot listening to us trash talk this movie. We've got a lot to say too. Everything from the shoddy looking production, the death of Laurie strode, the complete lack of a plot, and the characters... oh wow, the characters!!! Speaking of which, be sure to stick around all the way through to the end, because we're coming after them, nominating which characters we think were most deserving of death.

Busta Rhymes Tribute Feat. Busta Rhymes

Busta Rhymes Tribute Feat. Busta Rhymes

In this episode, Cornell Bunting pays tribute to Trevor George Smith Jr. (born May 20, 1972), known professionally as Busta Rhymes, an American rapper, songwriter, record producer, and actor. Chuck D of Public Enemy gave him the moniker Busta Rhymes, after NFL and CFL wide receiver George "Buster" Rhymes. He has received 12 Grammy Award nominations for his work, making him one of the most-nominated artists without winning.

Busta Rhymes was an original member of Leaders of the New School, a group that attracted national attention when they opened on tour for Public Enemy. He gained exposure for their guest appearance on A Tribe Called Quest's track "Scenario". Shortly after that, the group broke up, leading Rhymes to become a sought-after solo artist, appearing on numerous tracks for other artists before his solo debut album, The Coming (1996). The album reached the top ten on the Billboard 200 album chart, was certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), and earned him a Grammy nomination.

He has released ten total solo albums, the most recent being 2020's Extinction Level Event 2: The Wrath of God. Rhymes' list of hit singles includes "Woo-Hah!! Got You All in Check", "It's a Party", "Put Your Hands Where My Eyes Could See", "Dangerous", "Turn It Up" (Remix)/"Fire It Up", "Gimme Some More", "What's It Gonna Be?", "Pass the Courvoisier, Part II", "I Know What You Want" and "Touch It".

FULL SHOW: The Rickey Smiley Morning Show, What’s Up With These UFOs?, Don’t Demonize the Reaction But Look at the Action, & Greatest Love Songs of All Time Part 2

FULL SHOW: The Rickey Smiley Morning Show, What’s Up With These UFOs?, Don’t Demonize the Reaction But Look at the Action, & Greatest Love Songs of All Time Part 2

Today on The Rickey Smiley Morning Show, the crew discussed the UFOs that were shot down over US and Canadian airspace. US Intelligence officials do not believe the three UFOs that were shot down this weekend were not Chinese made aircrafts. They are still trying to identify the origin. Busta Rhymes has come under fire for throwing a drink at a young woman after she grabbed his butt. Rickey argued that nobody is talking about the young fan’s action about sexually assaulting Busta Rhymes but him throwing a drink at her. Also, Gary was not aware how much of an icon Anita Baker is and she made Rickey cry. Dr. MJ Collier joined the RSMS crew to talk about the Bird Flu and why these eggs are so dang high. The RSMS crew had to do round two of the greatest love songs of all time. And MUCH MORE!!!
