1. Canva – doskonały pakiet tworzenia grafik, animacji a nawet prostych publikacji takich jak e-booki.

Wszystko jest oparte o szablony, więc nie musisz mieć wiedzy graficznej. Staraj się tylko nie korzystać z najpopularniejszych szablonów, bo można je często spotkaćw sieci.

2.  ClickMeeting – mój główny system do webinarów. Cenię go ze względu na prostotę, łatwość automatyzacji, możliwość prowadzenia ankiet i quizów oraz bardzo ciekawą funkcję Call to Action, dzięki której możesz generować leady już podczas webinaru. Mam też dokładne raporty dotyczące uczestników oraz możliwość zintegrowania z systemami marketing automation takimi jak GetResponse czy HubSpot.  ClickMeeting możesz wykorzystać też do bezpośredniej transmisji Twojego webinaru na Facebooku lub YouTube. Możesz też automatycznie publikować nagrania na YouTube lub udostępniać je tylko zarejestrowanym użytkownikom. Niedawno wprowadzona została opcja płatnych webinarów za pośrednictwem PayU lub PayPal.

3. GetResponse .Bardzo dobrze zaprojektowany pakiet marketing automation, który ciągle zwiększa funkcjonalność. Możesz w nim tworzyć Landing Page, udostępniać lead magnety, uruchamiać kampanie e-mailingowe, newslettery czy autorespondery. Jest też zestaw narzędzi marketing automation a mi, jako konsultantowi bardzo podoba się funkcja zapisywania szablonów kampanii i udostepniania na zewnątrz. Dzięki temu mogę zaprojektować kampanię w swoim systemie i przekazać ją do konta klienta.

4. Microsoft Teams. Bardzo szybko rosnący następca Skype for Business i główny konkurent Slacka. Zintegrowany z narzędziami Microsoft, dlatego jest lubiany w średnich i dużych firmach, choć moja mała firma też z niego intensywnie korzysta. Łatwo jest udostępniać notatki, pliki i zapisywać nagrania w zasobach Office 365. Często korzystam z Teams przy pomocy aplikacji mobilnej.

5. Miro. Narzędzie do współpracy typu Whiteboard. To, co mi się w nim podoba, to ilość szablonów, łatwość poruszania się nawet po dużych powierzchniach i prostota udostępniania. Ponieważ często tworzę z klientami procesy, potrzebujemy narzędzia do ich roboczej wizualizacji w trybie pracy zdalnej. Miro z gotowymi kształtami, szybkimi komentarzami i możliwością eksportu doskonale się nadaje do takich zadań.

 6. Camtasia.  To moje odkrycie w tym roku. Korzystałem kilka lat temu z tego oprogramowania, ale wtedy nie miało ono większości funkcji, które teraz bardzo sobie cenię. Z prostego systemu do przechwytywania aktywności na ekranie, Camtasia przekształciła się w bardzo nowoczesny, wygodny i prosty w obsłudze system do tworzenia treści edukacyjnej w formie video lub nawet całych pakietów materiałów uzupełnionych o elementy interaktywne, np. quizy. 

Ja wykorzystuję ten program to tworzenia kursów i materiałów szkoleniowych w formie video.

I’m an active Podcaster and I asked the very same question when I wanted to start. I’ve been in the Internet marketing space since 1995. Setting up a Podcast is one of the most easiest things I have done.

First thing I would do would be to buy a high-quality recording device. The one I got was a bit of an overkill, but still very affordable. Not a necessity, however it’s good to have some audio editing software, As I like to bookend my podcast with an intro and outro. I have been using Camtasia you can use it to get the best sound out of your recordings.

Next, you need a podcast hosting service. I joined a Podcasting Facebook group that had over 26,000 members, and I asked the person who ran the group what one he would recommend, and he gave me a link to Buzzsprout.

The real exciting thing for me was that I wanted my podcast to appear in Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Google Podcasts, and more. Buzzsprout provides this service and you can start free and you can upgrade at anytime as your podcast grows. Basically you pay as your podcast hours increase.
