    Cannabis and mindfulness…a topic that I cannot BELIEVE we haven’t covered yet!

    Personally, I love this topic! I’ve talked about this in the past on former episodes…dabbled in it with some of our morning routine episodes, stress/anxiety, etc.

    This topic is so important for sooo many reasons…as I feel about the majority of our topics that we discuss on here! 😊

          -We’ve always been a show that works against the stigmas, and today is no different!

     

    Today we’ll talk about how cannabis…a plant that according to Reefer madness enthusiasts causes madness (spoiler alert – it doesn’t), and how you can very nicely pair that with a mindfulness/breath practice.

    -More mindfulness in our world is needed! People can’t pay attention any longer to anything and attention spans are low

    -So how can cannabis help?! We’re going to get into it!
