Maybe the trauma is stemming from a bad boss, a not so nice email you received or maybe it’s that you’ve been passed over for promotion. Regardless of what’s causing your trauma what I want to discuss today is how to get out of the cycle that keeps you stuck, reexperiencing trauma and believing this is all there is.
