Boasting 20 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, Jessica embarked on her Carnivore journey after a long stint with a Paleo-based diet, rich in carbohydrates. Despite her dedication to the Paleo lifestyle, Jessica grappled with skin issues, inflammation, and signs of premature aging like wrinkles. A transition to the Carnivore diet reversed these issues, leading to healthier skin, reduced inflammation, and disappearance of her 'cankles.' Not only did her physical health improve, but she also reported a boost in sleep quality, libido, and mental clarity.
Before transitioning to the Carnivore diet, Jessica spent significant time and effort making vegetables palatable, not realizing that the very process indicated her body's reluctance towards plant-based foods.
The turning point came when her fiancé discovered the Carnivore diet and witnessed dramatic changes in his health. Inspired by his transformation, Jessica decided to give the diet a shot. While she initially lost more weight on the Keto diet, she affirms that she has never felt healthier since eliminating all plants from her diet.
