celebrate life

There was a time when the idea of being "independant" scared me to death! I used many things that kept me in a very dependant state of body, mind AND spirit. Well... it ain't like that anymore ;) THANK GOODNESS!! 
And so, in the spirt of "Independance Day" I opted to focus on the many ways independance has presented itself to me thus far on my earthly experience. 
As always, I hope to inspire YOU to take a look at your life, and if you find your not already heading in an independant direction then to perhaps "exit stage right", so as to get back on a path that provides you the opportunity to get to the healthiest place you can be in your body, mind and spirit :)  
Here's to ALL of us finding our way to freedom.
