Après avoir commencé avec la lettre de voiture électronique, Dashdoc propose aujourd’hui un “transport management système”, TMS. Après une levée de fonds de 4M€ en 2021 auprès d’ISAI, l’entreprise souhaite passer de 50 à 100 salariés en 2022 et prendre des positions pour devenir un des leaders européens du secteur.

    Cette semaine je reçois Emeric Ernoult, cofondateur et CEO d’Agorapulse.Agorapulse est une solution permettant aux entreprises de gérer leur présence en ligne sur les réseaux sociaux. L’entreprise, qui a fêté ses 10 ans l’année dernière, a réussi à se hisser sur le podium de sa catégorie au côté de l’américain Sprout et du canadien Hootsuite. Avec plus de 11 000 clients, elle réalise près de 17M d’euros d’ARR (annual recurring revenue) et repose sur une équipe de 150 collaborateurs.J’étais très content de recevoir Emeric car je trouve son parcours incroyable. Le monde du “social media” est très fortement concurrentiel et avoir réussi à développer Agorapulse comme ils l’ont fait est un véritable exploit. Exploit d’autant plus impressionnant quand on sait qu’Emeric et son associé Ben ont longtemps été bootstrapped (il n’ont réalisé qu’une seule levée de fonds en 2019).

Livestorm a alors connu une croissance phénoménale... mais a également souffert de quelques problèmes de scalabilité au niveau du produit mais aussi au niveau du support. Fort heureusement, la mobilisation de toute l'équipe a permis de sortir grandi de cette période intense.

Il a beaucoup appris beaucoup chez Doctolib, mais il était appelé vers un autre destin. Son conseil pour se lancer, c'est de rester FOCUS sur ses objectifs. Quand on sait ce qu'on veut, il faut y croire, se donner les moyens et se lancer.
