My Solar Plexus SHADOW WORK Experience
So in the spiritual community, we often hear the term "shadow work", which is just another term for self reflection with the intent to heal and transform. So this episode, I dig into the solar plexus chakra and look at some of the things that cause imbalance here. This chakra is responsible for the development of our personality, our ego, self-worth, self-esteem, self-confidence, all the selves you can think of. I also share some of the questions that I had to ask myself in order to reframe my thoughts around them.
