Episode 7 - Joseph Coyne "Strength Coach to the Chinese Olympic team"
Joseph Coyne is an absolute heavyweight of the Strength & Conditioning world. He has worked with Olympic level Gold medalists, professional Rugby League players, elite level crsssfittters and is also a current Phd Scholar. Joseph has held a number of prestigious posts including as the head of EXOS in China and also as a Strength Coach with the Chinese Olympic team. He currently runs his business on the Gold Coast, Coyne Sports Injury and Performance Clinic.
