    Luke Leaman is the owner and head educator of MuscleNerds.net, a leading PT education company based out of Brisbane. He is also the former head educator at the Poliquin Group and is considered a genuine thought leader in the area of training general populations. Luke has a considerable aptitude for reading, breaking down and delivering very advanced information from the genre of nutritional biochemistry. During this episode we covered some amazing info on the differences between high performance and training for best health.

    Graeme Morris is a physical preparation coach who trains and consults a multitude of clients including World/Australian champions in combat sports, professional Rugby players, to the average Joe in the gym. 

    He previously worked in Rugby League for the Western Suburbs Magpies and the Newtown Jets as the head Strength & Conditioning Coach where he designed and implemented all things physical performance. He holds a degree in Human Movement with Honours in Exercises Physiology as well as a Masters in Strength and Conditioning.

    During this episode we covered transferring strength to s sporting environment and Graeme delved into the wealth of knowledge he has on some of the lesser known Soviet training methods.

    Dan Cooper is a former special forces soldier who served 18 yrs in special operations and 22 years in the Army. From there he moved into human performance and earnt a BSc in Exercise Science, a MSc in Strength and Conditioning and MSc research in integrated cognitive and physiological training interventions. He has worked at the QLD reds (Rugby Union) as a Strength & Conditioning Coach and is now working full time as a PHD scholarship student researching best methods to prepare elite teams to operate within high consequence, complex and adaptive environments. He has also competed across a range of athletic pursuits with appearances at Crossift regionals, online masters qualifier, Yukon Arctic Ultra 430mile and recently the Iditarod Trail Invitational 350mile in preparation for the ITI 1000mile.
