#18: My top 6 favourite races of 2019 and race plans for 2020

In this episode I look back on 2019 which has been my most prolific running year ever and share my favourite 6 races of that 26 that I've taken part in.

Each of the six had a particular significance for my running and it was a very hard decision about which races to leave out of that top six because there have been some great races that I've had the privilege to take part in.

I also look forward to my race plans for 2020 as the 44 mile challenge in 2021 starts to appear over the horizon.

Finally a great big thank you to everyone who has taken part in the show this year. If you would like to share your experience or expertise in running next year then please drop me a line to trevor@trevorleemedia.co.uk

    Thanks for listening!

#8: Lou from ‘The Run Lab’ converts me from Power Racer to Ultra Runner

In this episode I'm joined by Lou from The Run Lab who analyses my 3D gait analysis and offers up really valuable tips and advice in helping me convert from a 'Power Racer' (which I was quite pleased to be tagged as) to a 'Quick Stepper'.
I tried the techniques at the Cubert 5 and recorded a lifetime 5 mile PB
The Run Lab also offers an anti-gravity treadmill - I didn't use that but it sounds amazing to run with a lot less weight!
