    What zone are you in?

    What zone are you in?

Which zone are you in? Here are the titles for each zone and in this episode we explain the context behind each one:

    1. The coasting zone
    2. The comfort zone
    3. The challenge zone
    4. The creative zone

Once you identify your current zone, and then determine which one you are aiming to live in, you need to understand the mental blocks that could keep you out of your targeted zone. We share these and would love for you to connect with us on social media where we will continue to unwrap them.

We aim to help individuals and organizations to raise their bars and be on a journey of continuous improvement. Therefore it is important that you know your own values and align yourself with a company that shares those and has a culture that you can get behind.

Are you ready to Raise Your BARS and be the person you want to become?

We want you to become the best version of yourself and to do that you have to break away from the limiting beliefs that other people impose on you and step into your greater self.

We invite you to join our Facebook group, Raise Your  Bars  - Personal Growth Solutions, and if you are ready to reprogram your current belief systems, click here to watch our free webinar where we introduce the 5-Shifts or visit our website by clicking here.

Honoring Your Word, Recognizing Blindspots + the Financial Costs of Lacking Integrity

ON COACHING | High integrity is doing what you say you're going to. It is the greatest form of self-care. Listen to Novus Global coaches David Gerber, C.J. Martindale, Janet Breitenbach and Chris North discuss how integrity correlates with quality of life and work, the difference between honoring your word and keeping your word, training integrity in teams, and the power and magnitude that is possible when your word is realized. They offer specific tips for increasing integrity, including implementing regular integrity checks, identifying shame and the blindspots that come with it, and evaluating the concrete financial costs you are paying as a result of a lack of integrity from your or your employees.

Fiona Campbell (Tour Manager for Hinds, Mitski, Shamir and Drummer for Guardian Singles)

Fiona Campbell (Tour Manager for Hinds, Mitski, Shamir and Drummer for Guardian Singles)

Welcome to Roadcase, a podcast exploring the live music experience!!  Fiona Campbell is a swiss-army knife for live music: she is both a drummer and tour manager separately and simultaneously, for multiple bands including Hinds, Mitski, Shamir, The Chills, and Guardian Singles.  A native New Zealander, Fiona is now an American citizen who moved to the US in 2005, attracted by the then burgeoning punk scene in Brooklyn. And as if their love for the live music world were not enough, Fiona is currently attending nursing school as well. We talk about the current music scene in New Zealand, where she is currently located and how Covid is affecting life there. We also discuss how Fiona only works with all-female bands that identify as non-binary -- as does Fiona -- and how gender identification can affect the live music experience at-large. Join us for this informative and enlightening episode, so hop on aboard -- it's a great ride!!
