Cela faisait longtemps. Bien trop longtemps. Que nous n'avions pas pris nos micros pour faire un point sur des lectures plus ou moins récentes. N'allez pas croire que nous ne lisons plus rien, bien au contraire ! Mais entre le travail qui ne s'arrête jamais, le Paris Fan Festival, les salons et interviews et les aléas du quotidien, il nous a été difficile de se poser quelques moments pour parler posément de ce qu'on a pu lire. Alors voici chose déjà à moitié réparée, avec le premier épisode d'une série de Back Issues qui viendront enjoliver votre été. Au programme, super-héros et indé', tout ce qui fait la diversité de la BD !

On essaie donc de rattraper notre retard avec cette nouvelle émission de reviews de comics, pour vous parler de plusieurs ouvrages qui entrent dans notre ligne éditoriale, avec des albums venus sensu stricto des Etats-Unis, mais aussi de la création française made in Label 619 (en l'occurrence, Frontier sur lequel on est déjà longuement revenu en compagnie de son auteur) ! to Northeast, 

bringing snow 

and frost 

to freeze 

January’s heart

And March waits,

hidden,

branches of trees, 

watching patiently 

as the wind 

blows the darkness 

from the last 

of October’s leaves, 

for now 

there are 

snow drops 

amongst the drifts 

of white, 

even whilst Orion, 

steps across 

the skies, 

spring still sleeps 

in May time

dreams, 

for April 

waits behind 

weeping eyes.

of clouds 

and winter 

grey, 

hard to believe 

the sun 

will rise 

above 

the rooftops and 

lift the stars 

of light 

from night 

to day, 

but for now 

the world 

is silent, 

hushed 

to stillness, 

the trees 

whisper songs 

of wind 

and summer, 

the moon 

hangs 

in the tangle 

of branches, 

slipping 

between 

the hours 

of midnight 

leaves

and the last

chimes 

of bells 

and towers 

as the season 

becomes colder, 

the night 

lengthens 

to deepen 

the shadows, 

from grey 

to blue 

and back, 

hard to believe 

the heat 

of summer,

the hope 

of spring, 

now 

that December 

darkness 

brings the blindness 

of the distant

past.
