    Affirmations are new beliefs you want to engrain into your mind which takes a lot of repetition until it becomes a true honest belief within yourself! You can do this whenever, wherever, repeating what I say in your mind, or out-loud!  We repeat these a few times over, with every affirmation said do your best to intentionally feel what you are saying & act as if it were true!

Many people, including myself, attribute affirmations as being key to reaching new heights professionally and personally. Simply put, when said consistently, affirmations help you become better! These affirmations in particular, will help inspire you as you drift off to sleep. This is ESPECIALLY helpful if you're feeling stressed or have anxiety before bedtime.
