गोवा के द सोल बनयान ग्रेंड होटल के कमरा नंबर 404 में 7 जनवरी 2024 की रात साढ़े बारह बजे एक स्टार्टअप कंपनी की सीईओ जिसका नाम सूचना सेठ है..आरोप है कि उसने अपने 4 साल के बच्चे जिसे वो साथ गोवा घुमाने लाई थी..के साथ कुछ ऐसा कर दिया जिसकी उम्मीद एक मां से कोई कर ही नही सकता..कहते हैं जानवर भी अपने बच्चों के लिए हर खतरे से जूझ जाते हैं..फिर हम तो इंसान है..और इंसानी रिश्तों में भी मां की ममता का दर्जा सबसे आला है...लेकिन..लेकिन..लेकिन कहा जा रहा है कि सूचना सेठ ने अपने चार साल के बेटे को पहले कफ सिरप का हैवी डोज़ दे दिया..और बड़े प्यार से लोरी सुनाकर उसे गहरी नींद में सुला दिया...मासूम बच्चा मां के आंचल में खुद को सबसे ज्यादा महफूज महसूस करता है...पर वो बच्चा इतना खुशकिस्मत नहीं था शायद...तभी तो इल्ज़ाम लग रहा है कि सूचना सेठ जो इस बच्चे की अपनी मां थी..उसने तकिये या फिर तौलिये से खुद उसका दम घोंट दिया..जब उस मां को ये अहसास हो गया कि बच्चा मौत के आगोश में समां गया है..तो उसने यहां वहां नजर दौड़ाई कोई कागज नहीं मिला तो उसने टिश्यू पेपर उठाकर उस पर आई लाइनर से लिखा...मेरे बच्चे की कस्टडी को लेकर मेरा हस्बैंड और वकील दबाव बना रहे हैं..मेरा हस्बैंड हिंसक है मैं उसे एक दिन के लिए भी बच्चा नहीं दे सकती...सूचना सेठ ने अपने हाथों से लिखे इस नोट को फिर फाड़ दिया और पास रखी कैंची से अपने हाथ की नस काटने की कोशिश की..लेकिन शायद उसका इरादा बदल गया या फिर वो ठीक से ये काम नहीं कर पाई..तो उसने..अपने हाथ से निकल रहे खून को रोका एक पट्टी बांधी और मर चुके अपने बच्चे की लाश को बैग में रख कर निकल पड़ी गोवा के होटल से बेंगलुरु के लिए..

What Rules Your Ruling Reason
In this episode of Navigate the Day, we delve into the power of our ruling reason, as inspired by the wise words of Marcus Aurelius. Our thoughts and actions are the keys to our success and happiness, and it all starts with keeping watch over our guiding principles.
As we navigate through life, it's important to check in with ourselves to see if our actions and thoughts align with our values. Our guiding principles and ruling reasons will change as we grow and learn, but by taking responsibility for our thoughts and actions, we can remain in control of our journey.
The journal prompt for today is "Am I keeping watch?" This is a reminder to be vigilant and intentional in our actions and thoughts, and to take the necessary steps to cultivate awareness and control in any given situation.
I personally resonate with the message in this episode, as it's easy to get distracted or lose sight of our guiding principles in the midst of life's challenges. However, by keeping a consistent meditation practice, visualizing our goals, and reflecting on our thoughts and actions, we can stay on track and live a fulfilling life that aligns with our values.
Overall, this episode is a powerful reminder to take control of our lives by managing our ruling reason, and I highly recommend giving it a listen. It's an inspirational and enthusiastic discussion that will leave you feeling empowered and motivated to take charge of your life.
