Jennifer K. Hill and Brandon Maslan were joined this week by, Daniel Lafleur, EVP/GMM, Head Merchant at Calvin Klein a PVH Company. She is the ultimate team captain and all-around player, who gets people on the court and lets them shine. She shares "Give people feedback with the true goal of helping them and they will receive whatever you tell them."
Jennifer talked about bringing conscious awareness to your work and life. She emphasizes the importance of finding your own unique way to help people. They also discuss when it is a good time to use "I" and when it is important to use "We" or "Our."
