    In part two of this two part podcast I chat with Eoin Kernan, about his recovery from mental illness and his new venture, Discover SUP.

    In part one he spoke about his OCD and his eating disorder, which led to a full breakdown in 2019, and his subsequent road to recovery.

    In this episode he speaks about his partner, Carolina and his family and the role they played in his recovery, as well as his special relationship with the sea.

    He chats about his love of stand-up paddleboarding, which led to his new venture, Discover SUP, whereby he brings joy and happiness to so many through this special activity.

    In part one of a two part podcast I chat with Eoin Kernan, founder of Discover SUP about his OCD and eating disorder, which led to a full breakdown in 2019. 

    Eoin found his own secretive ways of coping with his mental illness until eventually it came to breaking point and he needed help.

    He speaks about the pressures of modern life, workplace and personal expectations and what can happen without the appropriate pressure valve.

    Eoin speaks candidly about his mental illness and his long road to recovery and the special role of art therapy as part of this.
