    Throughout his journey, Jesse emphasizes the importance of taking risks and embracing opportunities, even when they seem daunting or unconventional. He recalls the sage advice of his mentor, Michael Berry, who instilled in him the mindset that "you never know who's listening."     Spencer embarked on a transformative journey from being a duplex owner to evolving into a hands-off real estate investor in Indianapolis. This shift involved navigating the complexities of buying property in another state, specifically Indianapolis, where he had never been nor resided.

    During this transition, Spencer grappled with mental apprehensions about remote property ownership. He shared his initial hesitations, driven in part by stories of property management nightmares he had heard. He and his wife were deeply attached to their property and felt that nobody else could care for it as they did. The added challenge of being physically distant from the property compounded his concerns.

    Despite these apprehensions, Spencer decided to venture into real estate investment, beginning with Indianapolis. He credited his coach, Adam, for providing guidance and support that helped him overcome his initial reservations. As a result, Spencer expanded his real estate portfolio, acquiring a total of five properties, including one in Oklahoma.

    The motivation for growing his real estate holdings stemmed from the need for tax breaks, as well as the opportunity to leverage accelerated depreciation. Additionally, he mentioned using the equity in his properties to strategically refinance, which facilitated further acquisitions. Spencer's journey from one property to five was fueled by a combination of financial strategies and coaching support, all while being inspired by the principles he learned from "Rich Dad, Poor Dad."

Eight years ago, Pat and Kat started their real estate journey with us, and what a ride it's been! They embarked on this adventure in 2015, making a gutsy move by liquidating their Roth IRA, which was worth a cool $180k at the time. 🚀💸

    Their strategy was simple yet effective: they purchased 3 properties during this time and, in the process of eight years, grew to 8 properties. This raked in a whopping $800,000 in equity. But what's their secret sauce, you ask? Well, they're all about the art of "waiting." They took a short-term hit for a long-term gain, and boy, did it pay off! 📈💥

    Pat and Kat have been exceptional stewards of their investments, even navigating the challenges of three hurricanes in our Florida market. They've had tenants almost the entire time, and with the support of our excellent property managers, they've had all the help they've needed. 🌀🏠

    In 2018, they made another move by cashing out on one property. With the proceeds and a bit more, they transformed a single house into two lucrative investments. But their strategic patience shines through; they're waiting for their portfolio to double every 5-6 years before making it their primary income source.

    I was asked to help my friend Tom Kabbash record a testimonial.  And I had an epiphany! People doing good work out there need help getting their testimonials scheduled, recorded, and edited.  Testimonials from their top customers and clients.  And I know that I can help!  I’m good at asking the questions, doing the interview, and then editing down to a beautiful story.  So I went ahead and scheduled, interviewed, and edited the testimonial and it came out AWESOME!  I can help you do this too!  The 2nd half of this episode is the testimonial that I recorded and edited down.  Take a listen or a watch and you can see what can be done.  Tom's testimonial starts at 7:00 minutes in!

    Welcome to The Table rush talk show. I am so excited. I was asked to my friend Tom tabash, who owns Santa eyewear. Check it out, the links for Santa eyewear will be in the show notes. Tom cash was asked to make a testimonial for his coach. So he has this coach. Her name is Katherine, Katherine hernquist. She's amazing. I know them both. And Tom knows I'm all into interviewing and recording and crafting good stories and getting getting good at it. And so he asked me, Hey, I need to do this testimonial for Katherine, will you help me? Will you record me doing it? Because he wanted me to ask him questions and, and help him, you know, suss out the testimonial. I said, Absolutely. And so I had this epiphany. Because testimonials are so powerful. testimonies are powerful. Case studies are powerful, as we are out there helping people, you know, solve their problems as we're adding value. testimonials from people of the great work that we're doing to help them are very important.

    So I was like, Heck, yes, I can do this. And I'm good at sussing out the information, I'm good at asking the right questions. And I can make it easier on the person giving the testimony, the testimonial, I can make it easier on the person who wants the testimonial, I had all this inspiration. I was like, Oh my gosh, I can literally schedule the testimonial. I can do the interview. And then I can edit down edit down the testimonial into the key bits I can tell the story. And what was so I did it, I I set it I sent Tom the calendar information, I set up the interview, I interviewed him and then I have since whittled down the testimonial into about five minutes in 30 seconds. And you're gonna see it here in a second here. Like after I'm done here, and we get through the intro. You're gonna see the testimonial. So hang in there with me, I just lost my train of thought it happens to me sometimes.

    Um, so yes, I was like, Oh my gosh, there's people out there that are busy that are doing good work, that perhaps could use some help getting testimonials from their customers. And, oh, that was the key thing, the importance of so I'm good at asking the question. So I sat with Tom and did a 45 minute interview with him. And I really brought him back to the space of this beginning time of working with Katherine. And then you know, he just asked some great questions and brought him back to the space very authentic, as you'll see in a minute. And then they also got to tell the story. His story. What is it wrapped around how she helped him? Right. So it's a beautiful arc of how he's created his sunglass company. It's just really cool. I'm very happy with the way it came out. And I'm offering it to you to help you too. So if you need a testimonial from your customers, of course, I'm gonna charge you for it. But watch this testimonial see if it's something that interests you. You could you could email me a list of your you know, your your 10 top people that you want a testimonial from I'll reach out to him I'll schedule the testimonials and and edit them down and make it happen and make it beautiful. And it will be it'll be it will be awesome. I noticed was getting snapped up. The other really cool thing right now is this is literally about as live as I get. Currently I'm going to go start doing lives but I'm literally recording this and putting it and publishing, recording and publishing.

    So there is going to be another episode a table rush Talk Show episode where I do talk about this inspiration. But as I'm whittling down and I was whittling down a five minute testimonial and all into all these really cool social media clips to blast out over the over the internet, which I'll do that for you too. I was like, here's my podcast episode or my table rush Talk Show episode, my YouTube episode, right? Just go live. So right after this intro, you're going to see the the testimonial from Tom talking about how Catherine hernquist has helped him so much with his coaching and I would encourage you to listen and watch and see if, if this heart centered testimonial is something that would serve you and then also look at it from the eye if it was broken up in even more little reels, tic TOCs you know 30 To 52nd sections, which I've been working on. If you had, you know, five or 10 of those from each testimonial, how powerful would that be for you to create engagement. Anyway, thanks for watching per usual subscribe.
