In episode three of My Beauty Habits I welcome back one of the podcast's best friends, Dr Sam Bunting.
Sam and I usually chat about skincare trends and hints and tips, but this time we get to know Sam herself a bit more intimately. She chats through how she looks after her mental health, her daily routine and the make-up products that she is utterly loyal to.

In this New Year's Day special I chat through my ideas for making sure that January 2020 is a positive and exciting month rather than the gloomy one that it can often feel like. This is all about fighting the cliche that is the January blues and turning things on their head (without going on an extreme diet or exercise regime).
I also celebrate my favourite beauty brands and products of 2019. If I had an Outspoken Beauty Awards Ceremony, these guys would be the winners!
